CUSTOMER GUIDELINES

Dear Customer,

At Gala Bus, we believe in creating a smooth, comfortable, and community-driven commute experience for everyone. A few thoughtful gestures can go a long way in making each ride enjoyable for all.

  

Arrive on Time

Please arrive at your pickup stop at least 2 minutes before the scheduled time. The bus’s ETA may vary due to traffic conditions. Use the live bus tracking feature on the app to stay updated and avoid missing your ride.

  

Show Your Boarding Pass

Kindly verify your boarding by turning on Bluetoothand showing your boarding pass to the driver. Your privacy is our priority — no personal data is collected via Bluetooth.

  

Female-Preferred Seats

We make every effort to seat female passengers with other females. In rare situations (like full buses), adjacent seats may be booked by male passengers. We appreciate your understanding.

  

Use Aisle Seat Sliders

Be mindful of your co-passenger’s comfort. Please use the seat slider (available on aisle seats) to create more space and ease during the ride.

  

Maintain Bus Hygiene

We request that you avoid eating or drinking onboard to maintain a fresh and pleasant atmosphere. The enclosed space can trap odors, affecting others on the same or future rides. Kindly use the dustbin near the entrance for any disposables like wrappers or masks.

  

No Smoking or Drinking

To maintain a safe and clean environment, smoking (including e-cigarettes) and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited on all Gala Bus services.

  

Use the Overhead Rack for Bags

Please keep your bags in the overhead rack to keep aisles clear and ensure comfort for everyone onboard.

  

Keep Volume Considerate

If you need to make or take a phone call, or listen to audio, please use earphones and keep your voice at a low volume. This helps maintain a calm and quiet space for all passengers.

  

Board and Alight Only at Designated Stops

Kindly board and get off only at the stops mentioned in your booking. Unscheduled stops may cause delays and inconvenience to others.

  

Don’t Forget Your Belongings

Please double-check your seat before exiting the bus. If you leave something behind, our customer support team is happy to assist — but we encourage all riders to be responsible for their belongings. Gala Bus is not liable for any misplaced items.

  

Keeping It Comfortable for All

For the comfort and safety of all our riders, we request that no pets be brought onboard. Thank you for helping us keep the bus clean and friendly for everyone.

How to Delete Your Gala Bus Account

If you wish to delete your Gala Bus account, please follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Gala Bus app on your phone.
  2. Tap on the Profile icon.
  3. Go to Settings.
  4. Scroll down and select Account Privacy.
  5. Tap on the Delete Account option.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion.
