GALA PASS POLICY

1. Each Gala Pass is valid for one individual only and for the fixed duration selected at the time of purchase.

2. For a one-way Gala Pass, one ride per day will be booked for the entire pass duration. For a round-trip Gala Pass, two rides per day (to & from) will be booked for the entire duration.

3. Only one ride per day per time slot (morning or evening) can be booked.

4. Rescheduling Allowed Only for the Same Day and Same Route. 

5. At the time of purchasing the Gala Pass, the user can select their preferred route, bus timing, and seat, which will apply for the entire pass duration.

6. Seat changes are allowed only while rescheduling your ride.

7. Refundable Gala Pass rides can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. 

• 40-ride passes: Up to 2 cancellations allowed.
• 20-ride passes: 1 cancellation allowed.

8. Bus schedules on selected routes are subject to change due to operational or external factors.

9. If no bus timing is available on the selected route due to route cancellation by Gala Bus Shuttle Service, the remaining Gala Pass amount will be refunded proportionately based on the unused days.
