Start On Time
Ensure that your bus departs and arrives as per the assigned schedule. Be at the starting point at least 10 minutes before the first pickup. Timely service is key to passenger satisfaction.
Follow the Route and Schedule
Always follow the route assigned in your driver app. Do not make unauthorized changes or stops, as this can delay the journey and inconvenience passengers.
Boarding Pass Verification
Kindly verify every passenger's boarding pass using the Bluetooth-enabled scanner in your app. This ensures the right passenger boards the right bus. Never allow unregistered passengers onboard.
Maintain a Clean Vehicle
Keep the bus clean at all times. Check for trash or litter after each trip. A hygienic environment is essential for a pleasant commute experience.
Drive Safely and Responsibly
Adhere strictly to traffic rules. Avoid sudden braking, overspeeding, or using mobile phones while driving. Safety is our top priority — for passengers, other road users, and yourself.
Respect Passenger Comfort
Keep music volume low or muted unless required. Avoid unnecessary conversations while driving. Always maintain a courteous and professional attitude toward passengers.
Use the Driver App Correctly
Ensure the app is updated, location services are always ON, and trips are started and ended properly. This allows real-time tracking and trip monitoring by our operations team.
No Smoking or Chewing Tobacco
Smoking, chewing tobacco, or consuming alcohol is strictly prohibited while on duty or onboard. This applies to all stops and idle times as well.
No Unauthorized Stops
Only pick up or drop passengers at designated stops. Unplanned halts create confusion, delay schedules, and may compromise safety.
Assist When Needed
Assist passengers if they have questions or concerns. Guide them politely, especially if they are new to the service. In case of any issue, notify the support team immediately.
Report Issues Promptly
If there are delays, breakdowns, or any emergency situations, report them to your supervisor or operations team as soon as possible.
Uniform & Grooming
Please wear your designated uniform (if provided), and maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
End-of-Day Check
After completing your route, check the bus for any lost belongings and report them. Ensure the vehicle is secured before leaving.
